Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our team of innovative professionals. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of our Linux-based platform, working closely with other engineers in Electronics and Robotics Applications. In addition to your technical skills, you will focus on improving software development practices and products.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree
- At least five years of experience with Linux-based operating systems
- Experience with Linux kernel development, including configuring, building and debugging the kernel
- Knowledge of hardware architectures and their impact on kernel development
- Experience with scripting languages and programming languages such as Bash, Makefile, Python, C and C++
- Knowledge of object-oriented software and test-driven development (TDD)
- Knowledge of networks and protocols, such as CAN or Ethernet
- Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams
- A critical and constructive attitude to handle the dynamics of an innovative organization
