Requirements

• Higher education in IT or a similar field
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and basic management of IT systems
• Good command of the Dutch language, both in writing and orally
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give training and explanation to users
• A customer-oriented and proactive attitude when resolving user queries and improving processes
