Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lely, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team at the Lely Campus in Maassluis to recruit and shape teams that build robots, develop software, and help dairy farmers across the world run their farms more sustainably.

Requirements

• More than a list of requirements, we are looking for someone who shares our values.
• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience in recruitment (3 to 5 years).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
