Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Service Support Specialist to join our team at Lely in Maassluis, Netherlands. In this role, you will work on technical issues that impact our customers and contribute to the development of our products. You will focus on the Feeding portfolio, specifically the Lely Vector and Lely Juno. Your responsibilities will include supporting the global service organization, representing the service and lifecycle perspective in product and project teams, and defining service requirements for new solutions and product improvements.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree in a technical direction
- Several years of work experience in a technical or technical-organizational environment
- Affinity with complex technical systems and robotics
- Experience in analyzing and solving technical issues
- Proactive attitude and ability to maintain overview and work structured
- Good communication skills and experience in working in multidisciplinary and international teams
