Office Management Intern / Working Student (f/m/x)

As an Office Management Intern / Working Student, you will take a leading role in making our new office move-in a success and help ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial opportunity to drive a high-impact project end-to-end, coordinating timelines, vendors, deliveries, and all on-site logistics, and improving how we work in the office.

Requirements

• Background in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Facility Management, Operations/Service Management, or a similar area
• Entrepreneurial problem solver with ownership, structured thinking, and ability to turn ambiguity into a clear plan
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, such as startup, hospitality, operations, events, office/facilities, consulting, or a similarly lean organisation
• Professional level of German (spoken and written) and English proficiency for working in an international team
