(Senior) Legal Counsel (f/m/x)

lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform that enables anyone to be an investor. We are looking for a (Senior) Legal Counsel to join our growing Legal team, providing high-level legal expertise and guidance on matters related to securities law, capital markets law, and banking law. As a senior member of our team, you will work closely with our General Counsel and other experienced legal professionals to shape the company's legal strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist)
• 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Solid, hands-on expertise in securities law, capital markets law, and/or banking law
• Strong foundations in contract law
• Proficient in German and English (C1 level)
• Ability to negotiate and advise at the highest level in both languages
