Floral Operations Lead (DSD)

As the DSD Team Lead, you'll guide and support the team through execution of the daily plan, managing staffing, product flow, and daily labor plan. You'll also support product picking, packing, and truck loading for DSD routes, and ensure a strong safety culture. You'll participate in continuous improvement and standard work audits to drive performance into targets and improve processes.

Requirements

• Manage actual staffing vs. scheduled staffing
• Oversee daily product flow
• Execute the daily labor plan
• Support product picking, packing, and truck loading
• Ensure essential supplies and tools are stocked
• Build strong partnerships with LBR store contacts and cross-functional departments
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Participate in continuous improvement and standard work audits
