Job Description
The Residential Aide will support and guide guests toward achieving their personal and treatment goals in a Crisis Residential Program for mental health.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of direct mental health care experience
- OR equivalent education/training
- OR 1 year of advocacy/leadership experience as a consumer or family member
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
