Senior Credit Risk Manager

They're looking for a highly analytical Senior Credit Risk Manager to join their US team and drive a step-change in how they measure, test and understand the performance of their U.S. loans business.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on analytics ability
• Deep understanding of experimentation, measurement, and statistical inference
• Strong understanding of credit performance and unit economics in lending
• Experience building monitoring / performance reporting and diagnosing portfolio performance changes
• Strong commercial judgment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Ownership mindset and high standards for analytical quality and integrity
