Lendi Group is seeking a Mobile Business Leader to lead and manage a growing team of Brokers within the Aussie brand, driving sales targets and development of recent graduate brokers. The role involves hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring, as well as shaping team planning and operational rhythms.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on Mortgage Broking and Leadership experience
• Strong track record of leading and developing Mortgage Brokers / Home Loan Lenders
• Data based decision making in a sales environment
