Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service and/or back-office experience; lending or financial services preferred
- Passionate about helping others and taking full ownership over resolving issues
- Thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Communicates clearly and empathetically with members
- Comfortable working with both customer-facing and operational tasks
- Proficient in using computers and able to quickly navigate multiple programs
