Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Experience working in regulated consumer fintech environments
• Demonstrated practice of continuous product discovery
• Proven ownership of high-traffic digital products
• Strong analytical orientation and comfort defining KPIs
• Experience defining experimentation strategy
• Ability to clearly articulate strategy and influence senior leadership
• Strong product judgment recognized by peers
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct change across the organization
• Track record of leveraging AI tools
