Job Description
LendingClub Corporation is seeking a Sr Compliance Advisory Manager to support the Bank’s Personal Lending Products. The role will provide compliance advisory oversight, helping to identify, assess, and manage compliance risks across the Personal Lending Products portfolio.
Requirements
- 6+ years of banking or financial services experience, primarily in compliance, risk management, and/or audit
- 3+ years of direct experience in lending compliance with a focus on consumer credit
- Proficient in consumer compliance and consumer protection regulations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive change
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
