Senior Staff Accountant

LendingOne is a direct private lender that specializes in business-purpose mortgage loans for real estate investors. They are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to provide accounting support to the Assistant Controller and other senior staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years demonstrated successful staff accounting experience
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Competency with QuickBooks or similar Accounting systems preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• Positive attitude, extremely organized, excellent communication skills and self-motivated
• Strong computer skills, high rate of literacy and ambition to learn
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft office, including Word and Excel
