We're seeking a Business Analyst to support our fast-growing Revenue Operations group. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through strong analytical execution, clear storytelling, and close partnership with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deliver data-driven insights using clean, well-organized analyses, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in campaign and partner performance and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Assess business situations, define analytical problems, and determine the appropriate data and methodology to address them.
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Revenue Operations group, supporting day-to-day decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct detailed audits of tech platforms to identify optimization opportunities and inefficiencies.
- Support strategic innovation projects by providing ongoing performance analysis and insight.
- Track and evaluate the results of business initiatives to determine whether outcomes were successful.
- Support the development, execution, and analysis of A/B tests, including defining success metrics and interpreting results.
- Establish baseline performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success and year-over-year growth.
- Write efficient, accurate SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and analyze large, complex datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analyses.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to understand data structures, resolve data questions, and reduce ad-hoc analytical load on engineers.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively surface risks and opportunities that may impact performance or scalability.
- Contribute to analytics best practices, documentation, and standardization within the Business Analytics team.
