Lending Manager (Utah)

As LendingTree's Utah Lending Manager, you will be an addition to the legal department supporting the business licensing function. The role involves maintaining the Utah Lending Manager license, completing annual Continuing Education, and communicating with the legal department.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• The applicant has never had a loan originator license revoked in any governmental jurisdiction
• Must not have been convicted of, or pled guilty or nolo contendere to, a felony in a domestic, foreign, or military court
• Must demonstrate financial responsibility, character, and general fitness
• Holds an active Mortgage Loan Originator license
• Within the past 5 years, must have at least 3 years active full time licensed lending experience and a minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages
