Job Description
Lendlease is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team and support the delivery of a major project in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, administration of subcontracts, and fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Australian citizenship
- 3+ years' experience in the Construction industry
- Experience managing contracts and negotiating terms
- Understanding of legal and commercial issues surrounding construction contracts
- Experience in procurement and tender processes
- Financial knowledge to manage budgets and monitor costs
