Job Description
Lendlease is a globally integrated real estate group with core expertise in Investment Management, Development, and Construction. We are currently recruiting for multiple Project Engineers to join our team in Perth, with opportunities in the CBD region and South of Perth.
Requirements
- Develop and manage medium and short-range construction programs
- Design management and coordination
- Client management and liaison
- Procurement of tender packages and preparation of subcontract agreements
- Review and sign-off of subcontractor claims and variations
- Preparation of cost forecasts and manage cost controls/reporting for designated work areas
- Implementation of project EHS and quality plans and project management plan requirements
