Lendlease is seeking multiple Site Supervisors to work on projects in Perth. The role involves overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, as well as leading and mentoring site teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising construction activities
- Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively
- Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications
- Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams
