Job Description
Lendmark Financial Services offers a comprehensive benefits package and is seeking a Bankruptcy Litigation Support Specialist to provide support to the Bankruptcy and Litigation Support Team in managing the company’s bankruptcy portfolio and supporting litigation processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 2-4 years operational bankruptcy and collections litigation experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
- Ability to deal effectively with peers, co-workers, managers, and staff personnel
- Working knowledge of Pacer, Lexis Nexis, and Chapter 13 Trustee Websites
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook applications
