Job Description
As Lendo continues to grow, weโre strengthening our governance and risk functions to ensure the business operates with the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Requirements
- Maintain effective communication with supervisory/regulatory bodies
- Operate a risk-based compliance program
- Identify, document, and assess ad-hoc compliance risks
- Maintain comprehensive compliance and risk registers
- Establish quantitative and qualitative measures for non-compliance risk
- Maintain an updated tracker of all regulatory deadlines
- Assist to develop, implement, and review compliance programs and policies
- Analyze new or revised policies, procedures, and processes
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on compliance standards and obligations
- Compile, communicate, and explain relevant laws, regulations, and circulars to all departments/units
- Collaborate with company staff and provide guidance on day-to-day, compliance-related matters
- Maintain a continuously updated database of all applicable instructions/circulars
- Recommend approvals to engage external service providers and verify their adherence to applicable regulatory requirements
