• Over 5 years of business development experience in the livestock industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successful B2B enterprise sales or new market development; strong capabilities in consultative selling and solution-selling.
• Strong drive for advancement and achievement motivation; able to thrive under pressure and deliver on challenging objectives; capable of independently developing market strategies.
• Proactive, highly responsible, positive mindset, strong communication skills
• Able to independently analyze and resolve complex business problems.
