Job Description
Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, is partnering with a business consulting and service company to find a Finance Director based in Paranaque City. The role involves driving profitability, managing complex multi-entity operations, and providing financial insights. Responsibilities include partnering with the CFO and GM, driving company profitability, leading financial analysis, and overseeing financial operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance, at least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader, and expertise in financial management within the manufacturing and retail sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
- CPA, CMA is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader, preferably across multiple entities or businesses
- Strong expertise in financial management within the manufacturing and retail sectors
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business growth opportunities
- Proven success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
