Finance Specialist (Open to Fresh Grads)

The Finance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of the firm's financial operations through meticulous payroll processing, tax compliance, and accounts management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or any related business course.
• Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine tax laws (BIR compliance) and payroll processing;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
