Job Description
Lennor Metier Consulting is seeking an IT Director to lead technology operations, infrastructure, and services across two factory sites in Cavite and Laguna. The role involves translating business needs into IT requirements, ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards and strategy, and managing site availability, performance, and security.
Requirements
- Own the full IT footprint at both Cavite and Laguna factories
- Serve as the senior IT representative and strategic partner to the General Manager and staff
- Align local IT execution with corporate IT strategy, architecture, and governance standards
- Lead and develop the site IT team
- Ensure operational continuity and support for factory-critical systems
- Oversee local IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and project execution
- Govern change management processes
- Manage site-level IT budgets, procurement, and lifecycle of technology assets
- Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Monitor IT performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, identity and access management, and endpoint governance
