Job Description
Lennor Metier Consulting is partnering with a Raw Materials Company for a Sales Supervisor role in Taguig. The role leads and supports a team of sales representatives, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Great and strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
