Technical Sales Supervisor (Dairy and Processed Meat)

Lennor Metier Consulting is collaborating with a Raw Materials Company to find a Technical Sales Supervisor based in Taguig. The role involves driving growth in the Dairy and Processed Meat business unit by managing sales and customer relationships, providing technical support, and troubleshooting formulation challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum of 3-year experience in technical sales, preferably in the food ingredients or HORECA sector
• Strong understanding of dairy and processed meat formulation and production processes
• Proven ability to manage technical product trials and provide hands-on application support
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
