HR Generalist II

Lennox, a global company providing climate-control solutions, is seeking an HR Generalist II to support day-to-day human resources operations across multiple functional areas. The role involves partnering with leaders and employees to deliver HR programs, ensure compliance, and drive a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of HR experience in a generalist or related role
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Experience with HRIS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on improving processes and efficiency
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization
