Lennox is seeking a Manager, Technical & Consumer Support (HVAC) to oversee consumer and technical support teams, manage staffing and workload planning, and develop employee skills through coaching and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in leadership of customer service and/or technical support teams in HVAC, residential equipment, or a comparable technical services environment.
