Job Description
Lennox is hiring a Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead teams of 4-6 members, manage projects, and ensure safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements, electrical knowledge, and construction safety. The role requires 100% travel and overtime, with a starting pay range of $31-$41/hour.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements
- Electrical knowledge and construction safety
- Ability to acquire licenses required to work on jobs in certain states (Journeyman licensing)
- Ability to work overtime
- Willingness to travel: 100%
- Driver's License (Required)
