MRM Sales Support Specialist

Manage account relationships, create and manage customer orders, negotiate equipment substitutions and pricing, and troubleshoot post-delivery issues. Coordinate with Manufacturer Rep Managers and 3rd party vendors to facilitate order processing and delivery. Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills
• Ability to learn and understand technical terminology
• Ability to organize multiple projects
• Detailed knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services
• Knows MS Office and a variety of other applications
• Leadership ability
• Adaptability
