Job Description
This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role based in Gurgaon (India HQ), responsible for leading the design, engineering, and project excellence that drives Lenskart's global retail expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience leading global projects for high-quality, design-led retail or consumer brands.
- Strong expertise in design execution, BOQs, contracting, negotiations, vendor governance, and engineering oversight.
- Proven experience managing multi-country or large-scale regional retail portfolios.
