Job Description
As a Program Manager, Youâll lead strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring seamless coordination between global teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Requirements
- Global Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end supply chain programs including procurement, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment across regions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners across geographies; tailor communication to cultural and organizational contexts.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across international supply chain operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to forecast demand, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement tools that enhance visibility and automation.
- Reporting & Governance: Deliver executive-level updates and maintain program documentation for global visibility.
