Leona is an early-stage startup that is reimagining how the world connects with healthcare. We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst/Associate to design processes, insights, and strategies that keep us fast, efficient, and ready to scale.
Requirements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance, patient outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor operational trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Guide doctors through the onboarding process, from initial signup to full activation of their Leona account.
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of new users during their first weeks on the platform.
- Provide regular performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Design streamlined processes that minimize errors, enhance results, and maintain both speed and reliability.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of the company's strategic plan, working with senior leadership to define goals, objectives, and key initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with various teams, including operations, finance, growth, and product development, to align strategies and drive results.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
