The Business Process Intern will review existing process documents, identify obsolete or unclear procedures, map current workflows, and draft updates to SOPs and work instructions. The role is an excellent opportunity to learn process design, stakeholder engagement, and practical change management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and completion of 1 semester of college
- Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business Administration, Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail, good written communication, and organizational ability
- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Curious, proactive, and able to work with supervision on scoped tasks
