IT System Trainer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced IT System Trainer for a mission critical information technology system used by a military organization. The Trainer will deliver comprehensive training to end users on the operational and technical aspects of the system.

Requirements

• Deliver practical training to customer's personnel on system operation, basic administration, routine maintenance tasks, system startup/shutdown, hardware replacement, and configuration procedures.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as user guides, SOPs, presentations, and step-by-step instructions based on operational requirements and system updates.
• Provide scenario-based training that reflects real operational workflows and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between customer operational personnel and IT engineering teams to ensure training content reflects actual system behavior, operational needs, and recent changes.
