Job Description
Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Program Analyst II to support the Program Manager and senior program staff on a major DoD Cybersecurity and Software Maintenance/Development contract. The role entails assisting with schedule, cost, risk, and opportunities management, as well as action item tracking, meeting minute development, and presentation creation.
Requirements
- Develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements
- Support the Program Manager through data analytics
- Establish program plans and conduct research
- Interface with customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Prepare briefing material
- Track and ensure on-time delivery of key contractual document deliverables
- Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
- Maintain and update action item trackers
- Assist with identifying and documenting program risks and opportunities
- Capture meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) data collection and reporting
- Track budgets across the program
- Make recommendations to management
- Assist with proposal efforts
- Direct, lead, and organize small project teams
- Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
