Compliance Data Protection Specialist – GCAP

Leonardo is seeking a Compliance Data Protection Specialist to support the GCAP Joint Venture in Reading, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in the data protection domain.

Requirements

• University degree in Legal, Business Administration, Political Science, or equivalent education
• Adequate experience of advising on compliance with UK compliance legislation
• Adequate experience of operating concerning Data Protection matter in an in-house environment for not less than 5 years
• Communication: Adequate Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Governance Expertise: Deep understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices
• Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Adequate knowledge of laws and regulations relating to GDPR and Data Protection, anti bribery and corruption and anti-trust/competition laws and regulations and ethical business conduct
• Stakeholder Management: Fairly good Stakeholder Management with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
