Job Description
Leonardo is seeking a Cyber Security & Resilience Manager to join their team in Rome, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining security requirements and architectures for systems/products in the defense and civilian sectors, as well as identifying security technologies and supporting security certification and accreditation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Engineering
- Seniority: experience in security management processes according to national and international standards and regulations (title preferred at least 10 years)
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies for information security
- Knowledge and experience in applying national regulations for homologation and certification of systems for the treatment of classified information (DPCM 11.04.2002 and subsequent modifications)
- Knowledge of information assurance concepts (integrity, availability, confidentiality, authenticity, and non-repudiation) and cyber security
- Proven experience in managing information security assessment processes according to the Common Criteria ISO/IEC 15408 standard
- Coaching ability
- Problem-solving and analysis capabilities
- Ability to manage teams and perform ICT security audits
- Ability to design security plans
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Language skills: English language knowledge at B2 level
- Behavioral skills: ability and autonomy in managing complex activities, customer orientation, ability to develop and maintain relationships at various levels within the organization, negotiation skills, excellent teamwork and project management skills, organizational and time management skills
