Job Description
We are looking for a QMS Specialist with experience in quality certifications, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination. The role is responsible for identifying, obtaining, and maintaining QMS certifications and organizational approvals, managing relations with Certification Bodies and clients, overseeing external audit reporting and corrective actions, and monitoring Personnel and Supplier Qualification processes and related registers.
Requirements
- University degree or professional training in Aviation or other relevant subjects
- Possibly 3 years' experience in ATO, MTO, FSTD Operator, airline operator
- Knowledge of EASA regulatory framework
- Knowledge of Quality Management System principles
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work well in teams
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to travel for audit and certification activities
