GCAP - Programme Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to manage the delivery of all programme outputs, define the baseline scope, and ensure integration across the programme. The role involves liaison with other business functions, managing emerging risks and opportunities, and advising Control Account Owners.

Requirements

• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM)
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant subject
• Leadership skills with experience in mentoring, developing teams, and engaging senior stakeholders
• Experience in leading large-scale projects/programmes/teams collaborating with different functions
• Programme Management experience in delivering projects/programmes
• Financial acumen understanding cost and budget control/forecasting
• 5-10 years of proven experience in the role
• Strong negotiation/influencing skills and conflicts resolution
