Operational Program Manager

Leonardo is an international industrial group seeking an Operational Program Manager for its Brescia site to manage manufacturing flow, costs, and activities. The role requires a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, programming and production management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Preparation of the Project Master Schedule, identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans.
• Monitoring of the manufacturing flow from industrialization to start-up line, production, and delivery to the Client in accordance with the Life Cycle Management.
• Planning of manufacturing costs and activities, both recurring and non-recurring, capable of ensuring robustness and effectiveness.
• Analysis between Procurement and Production plans.
