Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager for our Ronchi dei Legionari site, responsible for planning and coordinating program activities, managing subcontractors, and preparing progress reports. The person will work within the GCAP programme activities and have the opportunity to access a career growth path in an international and technologically advanced context.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a technical field, preferably Engineering
• Junior or with experience in a similar role of at least 2/3 years
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, level minimum B2
• Knowledge of Office Automation Tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Ability to work in interfunctional teams
• Problem-solving
• High organizational and communicative abilities
• Organized and systematic approach to synthesis (reporting)
• Experience in the aerospace field and/or in training simulators
• Knowledge of methodologies and tools for planning and economic management of programmes
• Ability to write documentation (Requirement Specification, Statement of Work, Technical Notes, Progress Reports, Minute of Meetings)
• Knowledge of basic principles of Economics and Earned Value
• Knowledge of risk management techniques
• Experience in managing suppliers
