Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager for our Rome Tiburtina site to manage medium complexity programs and coordinate progress meetings, performance measurement, and planning/organization of testing/delivery activities with the Client.

Requirements

• Managing medium complexity programs at national and international levels
• Ensuring contractual compliance with company procedures and national laws
• Risk management
• Participation in bid teams for major commercial offers
• Reporting to management on analysis of measured results
• Participation in company training activities for project management processes
• Master's degree in a technical or management field
• Junior level of experience
• Knowledge of project management principles and processes
• PMI certification desired
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership skills

• Decision-making skills
• Delegation skills
• Language skills in English (B2 level)
