Project Engineering Lead

The Project Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading engineering teams, managing projects, and ensuring technical quality, schedule, and budget management. They will work closely with customers and partners to deliver project capability.

Requirements

• Experience in early engineering lifecycle phases
• Experience in engineering bid delivering
• Experience in engineering management and delivery of projects
• Engineering or scientific Degree qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear direction to team members
• Ability to manage complex situations with sound judgement and ability to balance conflicting challenges
• Commercial and business awareness
• Experience of working across the full life cycle
