Risk Manager role to support the effective implementation and governance of the Project Risk Management process within the Electronics Division. The role involves providing independent oversight, assurance, and constructive challenge to Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and championing a strong risk culture across the site.
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or business subject
- Strong knowledge of enterprise and project risk management frameworks and standards
- Highly numerate with experience of statistical and financial modelling (e.g. competence in quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo techniques)
- Sound understanding of contingency setting and management aligned to risk exposure.
- Experience translating complex risk information into clear, decision-focused insight.
- High competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead workshops and present technical details to large teams of people with confidence.
- Ability to coach in one-to-one and one-to-many situations
