Job Description
Telespazio is seeking a Satellite TLC Engineer to design, implement, and manage global Satellite Telecommunication networks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer/telecommunications engineering, at least 2 years of experience in Satellite Telecommunication, and good knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols.
Requirements
- Degree in computer/telecommunications engineering
- At least 2 years of work experience in the Satellite Telecommunication field
- English (Level B2) written and spoken
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols
- Satellite access technologies (DVB-S2/TDMA/SCPC)
- Link Budget Analysis for systems in GEO orbit (knowledge of modulation techniques and processes/elements in the end-to-end link)
- SAT baseband technologies (iDirect, Hughes, Comtech, Newtec and Cobham)
- Master and VSAT antenna system technology
