Senior Supportability Engineer needed to join the Customer Support and Service Solutions (CS3) line of business. The team provides Through-Life Services (TLS) for the Tempest combat aircraft.
Requirements
- Understanding of Supportability Engineering principles and standards
- Experience of gathering, analysing and drawing insights from data
- Experience of working with different stakeholders to elicit and trade-off competing needs
- Deriving and managing requirements, including use of associated toolsets
- Experience of support solution or through life cost modelling
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated with an aptitude for problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
