Job Description
Leonardo is looking for an Administration Specialist in the Contracts field for its Caselle (Turin) site. The person will be responsible for collecting and analyzing documents, supporting the Tax Unit, and registering passive invoices in the EFA programs.
Requirements
- Economic sciences degree
- 1-3 years of work experience in administrative realities
- Knowledge of Italian and international tax legislation (VAT)
- Knowledge of corporate accounting (active invoicing and general accounting, cash management)
- Interfunctional relationship propensity
- Problem-solving capacity
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) and SAP application
