VEL - Addetto/a Sviluppo tecnologico (area assemblaggio e FAL)

Leonardo is an international industrial group that develops multi-domain technological capabilities in the field of Aerospace, Defence & Security. Within the Industrial Engineering unit, we are looking for a Technological Development Officer (Assembling and FAL area) for our Venegono Superiore site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Higher Technical Diploma in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
• Expert level
• Ability to conduct a Wokpackage in the following phases: Definition/study of the structural assembly and/or final mounting sequence (method), Drafting of the Technical Specifications for the externalization (offload) of activities related to the structural assembly of components/sets, Technical evaluation of Offers during a tender, Technical surveys at the Supplier(s), Concurrent Engineering activities with the Technical Department, Knowledge/reading of technical drawings, Knowledge of Internal LND Normative (Optional), Knowledge of External Normative: e.g. UNI EN ISO 9001, AS/EN9100, 2006/42/CE, Knowledge of GD&T techniques (ASME14.5-ISO 1101), Basic knowledge of the main manufacturing processes (mechanical, sheet metal, composite, etc.) used in the aerospace field, Knowledge of quality control principles in production, Knowledge of advanced production and assembly methods (automatic assembly lines, automatic drilling and installation systems, positioning and measurement systems using laser systems).
• Language skills: Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• IT skills: Microsoft Office package, CatiaV5, Legacy System (IMS/DBT), PLM systems (Team Center) /PDM, SAP
